Family pet
One pet. The whole family.
A pet is rarely one person's job. Invite the rest of the household to co-own a pet with a link or a code — up to four people share one pet. Everyone gets the same pet, the same history, and the same notifications, and every walk counts for the same pet, whoever holds the leash.
- Invite by link or by code, up to four people per pet
- Shared walk history, stats and pet mood
- Everyone is told when a family walk starts
Family sharing is part of Tailomi Plus. Only the pet's owner needs it — everyone they invite joins for free.
Track
Every walk, mapped
Tap start and Tailomi records the whole thing — distance, time, pace and the exact route. It keeps going with the phone in your pocket, and every walk is saved.
Together
Walk together, live
See friends move on the map while they walk and invite them to join yours — with a meeting point and a time if you want one. Out on a walk you can also invite a walker nearby you have never met: a short line, a park to meet at, and a chat that opens only if they accept. Nobody has to turn anyone down — an ignored invitation quietly expires and the sender is never told. A feed keeps everyone's routes, and your friends list keeps requests, invites and everyone's pets in one place.
Explore
Good places, right where you are
Vets, dog parks, pet stores and dog-friendly spots appear on the map around you, with ratings and reviews written by other walkers.
History
Every walk, kept
Walks pile up into a history you can scroll back through. Open any one of them for the route on the map, distance and duration, moving versus standing time, average speed and the longest stop — then replay the whole thing at your own speed.
- Distance, duration and average speed per walk
- Moving time, standing time and the longest stop
- Route replay with scrubbing and speed control
Discover
Uncover the map, one walk at a time
Every finished walk leaves its route on your own map for good. The ground you have covered stays uncovered, the rest of the city is still waiting — and your pet's passport keeps score: areas explored, and how much of your city you have walked so far.
- Walked routes stay drawn on your map
- Areas explored counted in the pet passport
- City coverage that grows with every walk
Passport
Your pet's passport
Each pet carries its own record: level and experience, the title it currently wears, lifetime distance and time, how many walks you have taken together, and the places you have visited. It grows with every walk and it belongs to the pet, not the phone.
- Level and experience with the next level in sight
- Equipped title and unlocked cosmetics
- Lifetime distance, time, walks and places visited
Care
Know how your pet is doing
A mood score reads the last week of walking — how recent the walks were, how many minutes they added up to, and how many days you managed — and turns it into one number. When the mood slips, the app tells you how many more minutes today would bring it back up.
- Mood from recency, weekly minutes and active days
- The minutes left to make your pet happy today
- Family walks lift the same pet's mood together
Achieve
Earn it. Never buy it.
Every qualifying walk gives experience, levels up your pet's passport and unlocks badges, titles and Paw Coins to spend on cosmetics. Seasons and quests keep new goals coming.
Progress is free, always
Experience, levels, badges, titles, Paw Coins and every leaderboard place are earned by walking and cannot be bought. There is no store for them, and no subscription that hands them to you faster.

Hazards on the map
Mark poison bait, broken glass or an aggressive dog, and other walkers see it on the map.
Tailomi Plus
Optional, and never a shortcut
Walking, tracking, history, friends, places and the whole progression system are free. Tailomi Plus is a subscription for households that want more out of the app — it adds convenience, not advantage.
-
Family
Share one pet with the household — up to four people walk it, lift its mood and see the same history.
-
Privacy
Hide yourself from walkers nearby while your friends still see you on the map.
-
Insights
Weekly and monthly stats, trends, personal records and district-by-district exploration.
-
Pet care
Your pet's 30-day mood trend and the times of day and days of the week it walks most.
-
Walking together
Invite anyone walking nearby, five invitations a day instead of one a week, and in your own words.
Sold as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription in the app. Nothing behind it touches experience, levels, titles or the leaderboard.
Peace of mind
Safety that stays out of the way
Draw walk zones and get an alert when your walk leaves one — it follows your phone during a walk, not a tracker on your dog. Share an SOS location with friends if something goes wrong. By default people see your position only during a walk, and switching off live sharing takes you off the map.
- Walk zones with an alert when your walk leaves one
- SOS location sharing
- On the map only during a walk by default, and never while live sharing is off
- Walk-together invitations: adults only, meeting points in public parks
Why Tailomi
Built around a few rules
-
Made with Ukraine in mind
Ukrainian throughout, air-raid shelters on the map starting with Kyiv, and a local note in the poisoning guide.
-
On the map only while you walk
By default other people see you on the map only during a walk. Until you sign up, no other user can see you at all.
-
Your phone, not a tracker
No collar to buy and no device subscription — the phone you already carry is enough.
-
No ads
No adverts anywhere in the app. Tailomi earns only from the optional Plus subscription.
Questions
Frequently asked
Is Tailomi free?
Yes. Downloading, walking, routes, history, the map and friends are free. Experience, levels, achievements and Paw Coins are earned by walking and are never sold. Tailomi Plus is an optional weekly, monthly or yearly subscription in the app that adds family sharing, privacy from walkers nearby, detailed statistics, every training level, medication and vet reminders, and more.
Who can see my location?
By default, other people see where you are only while a walk is on. During a walk your friends and signed-in walkers within a few kilometres see you on the map — with Tailomi Plus you can hide from walkers nearby while friends still see you. When the walk ends you leave the map, and switching off “Share live location” in Settings keeps you off it during walks too. If you switch off “Only during active walks”, your friends — and only friends — also see you while the app is open between walks. After a walk, your friends can open it with its route in the feed unless you switch off “Share progress with friends”. For seven days other signed-in users can also see that you walked in your city, with your name and photo but never the place within it; only Tailomi Plus’s “Hide me from nearby walkers” removes you from that list. Until you sign up, no other user can see you.
Does it work for cats?
Yes. Pet profiles, walks, reminders and the medical card work for cats as well. Training is for dogs only.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Tailomi is on iPhone now and the Android version is in the works. We do not announce dates — we would rather ship than promise.
Will it drain my battery?
Background GPS runs only while a walk is being recorded and stops when the walk ends. Between walks Tailomi uses your location only while the app is open on screen — for the map, places nearby, the weather and today’s walk suggestion — and never in the background.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Personal Data → Delete account, or ask on the Delete account page of this website. Your account and your data are deleted, except what the privacy policy says stays — for example, places you added remain on the map without your name, and the records of a pet you share with family stay with that pet. Deleting the account does not cancel Tailomi Plus — cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings.
